How long does shipping take?
We ship every Friday and deliver between the times of 11am and 1pm. Your order will arrive on the Friday regardless of the day you place your order.
What are the sizing specs of a 14x 250g serving box?
The box size is conveniently at 310x230 mm black box with a heigh of 105mm. This will fit neatly into most freezers.
I am having issues placing an order

I would like to return my order.
Unfortunately food items especially frozen food items cannot be returned. Once the purchase is made the delivery will arrive on the Friday nearest your order date between 11am and 1pm.
I would like to cancel my order.
You can cancel your order at any time before 11am of the Thursday of your deliver date. Your money will be refunded immidiately.
How do the dog dinners arrive to me?
Frozen. The box of dog dinners comes frozen and must be placed in your freezer except for the portions you intend to use immediately.
